摘要:自上世纪末期,我国开始引进股权激励机制。迄今为止,越来越多的现代上市企业开始使用股权激励的方式作为财务激励的主要手段,股权激励机制的发展也日趋多样。格力电器是完成股权激励的公司之一,又是日用家电行业的龙头企业,它的股权激励案例研究,为上市公司尤其是日用家电行业的上市公司提供的了宝贵的实证经验。本文首先通过对股权激励理论发展情况的概述,总结其股权激励方式所存在的不足之处,结合我国目前的市场经济环境,为我国上市公司实施股权激励提出若干具有可行性的建议。

Abstract: Since the end of the last century, China began to introduce equity incentives. So far, more and more companies began to use modern listed equity incentive approach as the primary means of financial incentives, the development of equity incentives are becoming increasingly diverse. Gree is one of the completion of the equity incentive companies, but also the household appliances industry leading enterprises, and its equity incentive case studies, as listed companies, especially household appliance industry listed companies to provide valuable empirical evidence. Firstly, through an overview of the development of equity incentive theory, summed up the inadequacies of the existence of its equity incentives, combined with China's current market economy environment, the implementation of China's listed companies have to make a few suggestions equity incentive feasible.
