摘要:本建筑为23层商业办公楼,为钢砼框架结构。一、二、三、四层为商业,以上为办公。本设计主要包括建筑给水系统、建筑热水系统、建筑排水系统、建筑消防系统四个部分。

   给水系统:

   给水系统采用分区供水,一层至五层为低区,由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上给的供水方式,六层至十层为中区,十一层至十七层为高区。由设于室外泵房内变频无负压自动增压给水设备进行供水。Ⅰ区给水立管(用DN标注)采用PP-R管(S4级),热熔粘接;从加压设备出来的给水管和Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区、Ⅳ区的给水立管(用DN标注)采用钢塑复合管,螺纹连接,管道承压能力不小于1.6MPa;户内明管采用PP-R管,热熔粘接。

   热水系统:

   建筑热水系统采用开式机械循环系统,本建筑只有卫生间台上盆需要供热水,采用集中热水供应,热源来自市政热蒸汽热源,屋顶水箱供给冷水,室外泵房集中设置半容积式水加热器,热水管材横干管和立管采用钢衬塑复合管,横支管采用PPR管,管道位于室内,横干管做保温,其余管道不做保温处理。

   排水系统:

   排水系统采用的是污废合流制,采用硬聚氯乙烯(U-PVC)排水塑料管,粘接连接。每根立管每层设伸缩节一个。DN≥75的排水立管每层设一个阻火圈。

   消防系统:

   本建筑设室内消火栓给水系统,室内消火栓用水量为30L/s,每根竖管最小流量15L/s,每支水枪最小流量5 L/s。室内消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱、水泵联合供水,系统采用临时高压给水方式,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵,室外设地上式水泵结合器。此建筑的火灾危险等级属于中危险Ⅰ级,设湿式自动喷淋系统,其设计喷水强度为6,设计作用面积为160,系统喷头的工作压力为0.10MPa,用水量为30L/s。

Abstract:The construction of 17 commercial office building, for reinforced concrete frame structure. One or two, the three or four layer is a commercial, above the office. This design mainly includes four parts of fire protection system of building water supply system, hot water system, drainage system, construction.

   Water supply system:

   Water-supply system partition, one layer to five layer for low area, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly, used to give the water supply downstream, six layer to the ten layer for central, eleven to seventeen layers as high area. By the arranged outdoors in the pump room frequency without negative pressure automatic pressurized water supply equipment supply, frequency without negative pressure automatic pressurized water supply equipment directly by the annular pipe network supply. I district water supply riser (DN labeling) using PP-R (S4), hot melt adhesive; from the water supply pipe and zone II, pressurized equipment out of the District III water supply riser (DN label) with steel-plastic composite pipe, thread connection, the pressure is not less than 1.6MPa; indoor Ming pipe PP-R pipe, hot melt adhesive.

   Hot water system:

   Building hot water system uses open mechanical circulatory system, this building is only bathroom countertop need water heating, centralized hot water supply, heat from the municipal heat supply steam as the heat source, the roof water tank water pump room, outdoor set half volume type water heater, material horizontal trunk pipe and vertical pipe with steel lining plastic composite pipe hot water pipes, horizontal branch by using the PPR pipe, pipe located in the interior, pipe insulation dry cross, the rest of the pipeline without heat treatment.

   Drainage system:

   The drainage system is used in sewage confluence, using hard polyvinyl chloride (U-PVC) plastic drain pipe, bonding connection. Each vertical tube each layer is provided with a telescopic joint. DN ≥ 75 drainage riser each layer is provided with a fire blocking ring.

   Fire system:

   The building fire hydrant water supply system, fire hydrant water for 30L\/s, each standpipe minimum flow 15L\/s, each gun minimum flow rate of 5 L\/s. Indoor fire hydrant system does not partition, the water tank joint water supply system, water pump, using a temporary high-pressure water supply, fire early 10min water from fire water tank water supply, fire water from the cistern by extracting, fire hydrant water supply network was circular layout, the fire hydrant box set fire pump start button, can directly start the fire pump outdoor design, floor type pump combination device. Fire danger rating of the building belonging to the dangerous level I, a wet automatic sprinkler system, the design of spray intensity is 6, the design of an area of 160, system nozzle working pressure is 0.10MPa, water consumption is 30L\/s.
