摘要:在当今的教育体系中,合作学习不可或缺。合作学习符合新课程对初中思想品德课的要求,适应思想品德课的学科特点,契合初中生的身心发展规律,因而在思想品德课教学中采用合作学习的方式有着重要的意义。将合作学习运用到思想品德课堂中去有利于培养学生对思想品德课的兴趣,有利于提高他们进行自主学习、互助学习的能力,与人交往的能力以及参与能力。建立合作学习首先要进行科学分组与合理分工,并且教师对于思想品德课小组合作学习的正确调控也是相当重要的。另外,教师还需制定有针对性的、实际可操作性强的合作学习问题;规范自身的行为,科学把握独立思考与合作学习的时间,积极转换角色;建立起以学生自我评价、组内坦诚互评、组间友好互评以及教师的全方位评价为一体的有效评价体系,从而保证思想品德课中的合作学习活动高效运行。

Abstract:Cooperation learning is indispensable in today’s education system. Cooperated learning could accommodate the characteristics of high school ideological cultivation course and fit the rules of students’ developments. The uses of cooperated learning are propitious to cultivate students’ interest and ability in interacting with others. The chief step to establish cooperated learning is to conduct scientifically. Indeed, the proper regulations of teachers are also important. In addition, teachers still need to constitute pertinent and maneuverable questions in cooperation learning, regulate their own behaviors, grasp the time between independent thinking and cooperated learning scientifically, change the role actively, build a effective evaluating system that include: self-assessments, assessments in a group and between groups, assessments of teachers. All of these would ensure cooperated learning running efficiently.

   合作学习是中学思想品德课程教学中一个相当复杂的课题,也是今后课程教学改革中的一个重点、热点问题。本文对合作学习在初中思想品德课程教学中的应用进行了细致的研究和探索,为思想品德课教师如何实施合作学习提供了依据。然而,本文的研究尚处于开始阶段,对于合作学习的很多认知还只是处于较肤浅的理论层面,缺少实践经验。因此,如何在日后的实际教学工作中合理运用合作学习这一方法,还需要作进一步的深入调查、研究和探讨,对合作学习的教学策略还有待于进一步研究、验证、修改。
