摘要:汽车转向系统是决定汽车主动安全性的关键总成,如何设计汽车的转向特性,使汽车具有良好的操纵性能,是各汽车生产厂家和科研机构的重要研究课题。汽车转向系统可按转向的能源不同分为机械转向系统和动力转向系统两类。机械转向系统是依靠驾驶员操纵转向盘的转向力来实现车轮转向;动力转向系统则是在驾驶员的控制下,借助于汽车发动机产生的液体压力或电动机驱动力来实现车轮转向。所以动力转向系统也称为转向动力放大装置。

   本文对大众桑塔纳 2000 车型的具体参数进行了详细分析,该车为紧凑型车,具 有性价比高,实用性强,购车价和维修成本较低等特点,原车的液压动力转向系统体 积较大,其齿轮齿条转向器采用中间输出方式,在车内安装布置时占用空间较大。为 此,结合该车特点及动力转向系统的技术现状,为其设计一款液压动力转向系统。本文主要包括课题研究背景现状,并简单介绍了动力转向系研究现状问题,然后进行整体式液压动力转向器设计、转向传动机构及防伤转向柱设计和液压系统设计,最后进行总结。整体式液压动力转向器设计是本文的重点。主要进行了其机械转向部分的齿轮齿条传动副的设计和强度校核,助力装置部分的动力缸的尺寸设计和强度校核。本文还进行了转向传动机构的设计,防伤转向柱的设计以及液压系统的设计。

液压动力转向系统经过了几十年的发展,具有成熟的匹配加上极高的转向精确度,以及更高的可靠性,在未来几年甚至十几年的时间力,依然会在转向系统市场中占有重要地位。

Abstract:Automotive steering system is to determine the key active safety vehicle assembly. How to design a vehicle steering characteristics. Make car has good maneuverability is an important research topic of all automotive manufacturers and research institutions. Automotive steering system can be divided into mechanical energy shift steering system and power steering system types. Mechanical steering system is to rely on manipulation of steering wheel turning force the driver to achieve steering wheel. Power steer ing system is in the driver's control,  by means of fluid pressure  generated by car engines or motors driving force to achieve the steering wheel. So power steering system, also known as power steering and amplification devices.
