摘要:本设计为年产7万吨电解铜的电解车间设计,目的在于根据原材料的特点和研究成果以及国内外工业实践,设计合理的工艺流程,选择合适的工艺设备并进行合理配置,根据工艺要求设计适宜的厂房结构和辅助设施,确保生产正常进行。本设计的内容主要包括铜电解精炼工艺的确定,铜电解精炼的热平衡计算和冶金计算,主辅生产设备的计算与选择,主要设备结构图的绘制等。在设计过程中,采取资料收集,理论分析,工艺流程确定,物料平衡、热平衡等相关量的计算,设计计算,利用AutoCAD绘图等步骤,最终完成了本次设计。设计过程中参照了国内外先进的生产经验和技术水平,依据我国现有的技术水平和条件,最终决定本设计采用传统电解法。

ABSTRACT:The design for the electrolysis workshop design annual production capacity of 70000 tons of electrolytic copper, according to the characteristics of raw materials and research achievements at home and abroad as well as industrial practice, reasonable process flow, selection of process equipment appropriate and reasonable configuration, design of building structure and auxiliary facilities suitable according to process requirements, to ensure the normal operation of production. This design content mainly includes the determination process in copper electrolytic refining of copper electrolysis refining, heat balance calculation and metallurgical calculation, calculation and selection of main and auxiliary production equipment, structure of main equipment drawing. In the process of design, the data collection, analysis, process, material balance, heat balance and calculation, design calculation, using AutoCAD drawing and other steps, finally completed the design of Design process with reference to the domestic and foreign advanced production experience and technology level, according to the technical level and the condition of China's existing, the final decision of the design using the traditional electrolysis method.
