摘 要:我国少数民族传统体育历史悠久,源远流长。具有十分鲜明的特点和丰富多彩的形式,是中华民族在不同的历史发展进程中为适应生存和发展而创造出来的智慧和结晶、是中国灿烂文化的一个重要组成部分。高脚竞速运动是一项速度、耐力、技术合为一体的项目。参与这项活动,能够提高人体中枢神经功能和前庭器官的稳定性,对于提高人体力量、耐力、协调等身体素质有着积极的作用。同时还能培养人们顽强的意志品质,是一项有价值的传统体育活动。作为少数民族传统体育项目的高脚竞速运动,自第七届全国民运会例为竞赛项目以来。受到社会各界的广泛关注。但作为新兴的竞赛项目,在技术动作和训练方法等方面尚有待于进一步的提高和完善。通过文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法对高脚障碍的训练作用进行调查分析,调查发现:高脚障碍训练能够提高高脚竟速的运动技术和运动能力,高脚障碍训练能够降低高脚竞速运动中的恐惧心理。

ABSTRACT:Traditional minority national sports in our country with a long history, has a long history. Has a very distinct characteristics and colorful form, is the Chinese nation in the different historical process of development to adapt to the survival and development and created the wisdom and crystallization, splendid culture of China is an important component. Tall racing movement is a speed, endurance, technology integrated projects. Participate in this activity, can improve human central nervous function and vestibular organs for improving the stability of the human body, strength, stamina, coordination body quality had a positive effect. Also can train people indomitable volition quality, is a valuable traditional sports activities. As a traditional minority national sports racing sport, specifically from the 7th national MEDALS since for contests project example. Extensive attention by all circles of the society. But as emerging competition projects in technology, movement and the training methods in aspects of the remains to be further improved and perfected. Through the literature material method, interview method, mathematical statistics on stilts barrier investigation, training function survey found: tall obstacle that could improve the training speed wrestler movement techniques and athleticism, tall obstacles training can reduce the racing sport signaled fears.
