摘要:对多环芳烃污染土壤的修复是环境科学的研究热点。表面活性剂对土壤中多环芳烃的解吸行为影响的研究在国内外都比较成熟,而纳米材料的影响却鲜有研究。本文旨在探究不同浓度的表面活性剂和纳米材料对土壤中多环芳烃的解吸行为影响,以期对两种材料在多环芳烃污染土壤修复的效果上作对比,能够为污染土壤的修复提供更有效的方式。本文以含有一定浓度蒽的人工污染土壤作为研究对象,选取表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)以及纳米材料司班60作为修复试剂,采用提取、离心、净化等预处理手段,用高效液相色谱法测定表面活性剂和纳米材料对蒽的吸附量。结果表明,低浓度的表面活性剂对多环芳烃的解吸影响不大,但在浓度达到5000mg/L时,对土壤中多环芳烃的解吸作用效果很好,且随着表面活性剂LAS浓度的增加,对土壤中多环芳烃的蒽的吸附量增大;纳米材料对土壤中多环芳烃有吸附作用,且随着纳米材料加入量的增加,对土壤中多环芳烃的蒽的吸附量增大。

Abstract: The remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contaminated soil is the research focus of environmental science. The research in the influences of desorption behavior of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil by surfactants are relatively mature in domestic and overseas, but few studies about nanomaterials influences. This paper aims to explore the influence of desorption behavior of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil by different concentrations of surfactants and nanomaterials. The influence of the two materials in the remediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons contaminated soil for contrast to provide a more efficient way for the remediation of polluted soil. Take artificially contaminated soil contains a certain concentration of anthracene as a research object, and select the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (LAS) and Span 60 as a repair agent, extraction, centrifugation and purification are pretreatment means, with HPLC determination of the adsorption of anthracene by surfactants and nanomaterials. The results show that low concentrations of surfactants on the desorption of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in inhibition, but when the concentration is reached 5000mg/L, the desorption of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil with good results, and with the increase of the concentration of surfactant LAS, increase the adsorption capacity of the soil of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons anthracene; Nanomaterials have the adsorpt effection of PAHs in the soil,and with nanomaterials an increase in the amount of, increases the adsorption capacity of the soil of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons anthracene.
