摘要:我国的食品加工工业历史悠久,但食品机械工业起步很晚。建国前,这个行业一片空白,食品加工大都是手工操作,生产率低,且产品质量不稳定。建国后,一些加工罐头、乳制品等的机械设备才得以发展,改革开放以来,随着国家经济的不断发展,食品工业发展很快,对食品机械的需求逐渐扩大,我国的食品机械行业初步形成。此外,通过引进国外先进技术和设备,促进了国内技术水平的提高,研制开发了许多适用的中小型设备以及机械化自动化的新型设备,食品机械的品种、产量和产值开始大幅度增加。

   目前,和面机也有不少种类有卧式与立式。卧式和面机的调和容器轴轴线都处在水平位置,其结构简单,制造成本低,卸料清洗方便,容量大适于大规模生产;立式和面机的调和容器轴线沿垂直方向布置,搅拌器轴线一般中垂直安排,其结构简单,制造成本也不高,但与卧式的相比,结构不够紧凑,卸料不够方便其和面容量大多较小,适用于小规模面类食品的生产。

   本文主要针对进立式行设计和研究对其倒料不便加以改进,主要做了两方面的工作。第一各零部件的设计计算,对已知条件结合实际进行分析,先分配传动比,再根据传动比,进行齿轮的设计、计算和校核等,把齿轮尺寸确定后,在进行轴的设计、计算和校核,同时选取轴承等标准间,确定好轴的几何尺寸,然后再进行箱体设计及选取螺栓、螺母等标准件和齿轮结构的设计;其次绘图,做完以上工作之后,主要利用UG软件绘制三维齿轮、轴、箱体、端盖、套筒、传动部件齿轮座等图纸及装配图,还绘制了部分零件的二维图。

After the founding of the, some processing cans, dairy products, mechanical equipment was able to development, since the reform and opening policy, along with the national development of economy, the food industry is developing very quickly, the demand for food machinery gradually expand, our country's food machinery industry preliminary form. In addition, through the introduction of foreign advanced technology and equipment, and to promote the rise of the technical level of the domestic and developed, many of the small and medium-sized equipment and mechanization is the automation new equipment, food machinery varieties, production and production value began to increased substantially.

   At present, there are many species have mixer horizontal and vertical. Horizontal mixer harmonic containers are in the axis horizontal position, its simple structure, low cost manufacturing, unloading, convenient washing, large capacity suitable for mass production; Vertical mixer harmonic container along the vertical axis decorate, blender axis vertical arrangement in general, its simple structure, the manufacturing cost is not high also, but compared with horizontal, structure compact enough, not quite convenient unloading the most smaller and capacity, and is suitable for the small-scale surface kind of food production.

   This article mainly aims at the design and research into vertical line of its fall material to improve the inconvenience, mainly do the two aspects. The first calculation, with the actual conditions of the known analysis, first distribution ratio, again according to the transmission ratio, the design and calculation of gear and check, the gear size is determined, in the axle design, calculation and check, and select bearing standard rooms, to determine the geometry of the good shaft size, and then the size calculation and selecting bolts and nuts standard parts and structure design of gear; Second drawing, finish above after work, mainly using UG software rendering 3 d gear, shaft, body, cover, sleeve, transmission gear stands, and so on the drawings and the assembly drawing, but also to draw the parts 2 d figure.
